About the Position:
As a property caretaker, you'll become an important part of our area team – a group that works closely together to ensure our tenants' daily lives run smoothly. You'll be out in the yard, fix things in the laundry room, talk to residents about waste management, and take care of both big and small tasks. This role is for someone who enjoys collaboration, takes responsibility, and wants to contribute to creating a pleasant and well-maintained environment where our tenants truly feel at home.
Primary Work Tasks Include:
• Maintenance of exterior and interior common areas
• Cleaning of stairwells and shared spaces
• Green area maintenance and machine maintenance
• Waste management
• Snow removal, including manual shoveling and machine plowing
• Performing simple repair work in common areas
• Participating in snow preparedness according to current agreements
• Leading and participating in tenant meetings and introductions
Position Requirements:
• Class B driver's license
• Documented experience with primary job tasks
• Experience operating machinery such as tractors, ride-on lawn mowers, and other small machines
• Planting experience and knowledge of green area management is a plus
Who Are You?
We're seeking someone with property maintenance experience, familiar with tasks like facility cleaning, green area management, and related property services. We prefer candidates with machine operation experience and appropriate training, such as wheel loader certification.
