We are now seeking a personal assistant for our delightful and wonderful girl. The workdays are highly varied. Some days are filled with play, laughter, and fun, while other times your role will involve preventing and managing frustrations and challenging situations. Therefore, it is crucial to constantly be interested in her well-being and be adaptable in different environments. The work should be characterized by strengthening the client's independence and self-determination.
We are looking for someone who is engaged and works with an open mind. Previous experience working in schools with diverse abilities, as a pedagogue, or in similar areas is highly meritorious. Your background does not necessarily need to be as a personal assistant; perhaps you have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum in another type of setting.
You should be positive, attentive, responsible, and playful. With a significant responsibility to guide and plan the day while working with clarity. It is incredibly important to create a relationship and work according to her needs and lifestyle. This creates trust and security for her. The client has a great interest in taking buses, subway, and boats. She has epilepsy and autism, so previous experience with these is advantageous.

We are seeking someone who:
• Is inventive, motivating, and engaging
• Is positive, calm, stable, and confident
• Has autism-specific knowledge
• Is attentive, clear, and adaptive in their approach
• Is responsible, patient, and has great endurance
• Has a strong ability to control and manage their own emotions
• Can write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish, as daily written documentation is required
The position involves hours throughout the day and night, including evenings, nights, and weekends, at approximately 50-80 percent employment.
As an employee at Prima Omsorg, mandatory training and pedagogical guidance are required.
