We are now looking for an appliance installer who wants to become part of our team and help our customers in their daily lives. At Elon, customers receive more than just a product; they receive support throughout the entire process, from advice to delivery and installation.
Job Responsibilities
As an appliance installer with us, you will install appliances for customers while also contributing in-store to provide the best possible service. You will work together with your team to create a positive experience for everyone who visits us. You will also have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge and contribute to a pleasant and welcoming store environment.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Installing appliances at customer locations, such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and freezers
• Providing basic user information during installation
• Ensuring correct assembly, connection, and functionality of products
• Performing basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Providing customer service and sales in our store.
Installation work is conducted only on weekdays, and any weekend work will take place in our store.
Working Hours
The position primarily involves work on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.
Who Are You?
Do you have a technical interest and enjoy interacting with customers? You don’t need to know everything about appliance installation from the start; the most important thing is that you are curious, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude towards new challenges.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is practical and enjoys solving technical problems
• Is meticulous and ensures that installations and services are performed correctly
• Takes initiative and is solution-oriented
• Can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with colleagues
• Has a flexible attitude and can adapt to different work environments
A key requirement for the role is that you have a valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also advantageous if you have experience in similar tasks, good knowledge of English, and education in installation or other relevant training.
