Work tasks as an administrator include:
· Handling of consignment notes
· Pricing of orders
· Ensuring correct information in systems
· Basic invoicing and other administration
· Managing supplier invoices in Rillion
Requirements
· Fluent Swedish language skills
Personal characteristics
Experience in the industry is meritorious, but we are primarily seeking the right personality. You need to have a positive attitude, be responsible, like structure, order and organization. You learn quickly and have drive. You see what needs to be done and are happy to take initiative. You will be part of a team consisting of three traffic managers and a site manager. If you enjoy providing good service, helping where needed, and spreading energy, you are exactly right for us and will thrive in the group.
