About this role

As a salesperson with us, you will have an independent role where you create and follow your own sales plan. You are driven and results-oriented; for you, achieving set goals is a given—at the very least! You are constantly finding new leads and opportunities. New customer sales involve proactive outreach, and you will plan and conduct both physical and digital customer visits yourself. You are also a star at further developing existing customer relationships through upselling. Being proactive, you readily take the initiative and have the ability to create strong, long-term relationships with our customers. The role also includes some administrative tasks related to sales work, such as managing quotes, handling contracts, and market outreach. You will participate in sales activities and various events, such as networking meetings. Your curiosity is an asset as you actively seek new business opportunities for both your own and the company's development. You will work on: - Building your own sales pipeline through proactive lead generation - Conducting physical home visits - Independently planning sales activities with the support of a "sales planning tool" - Proactive upselling to existing customers Your role also includes some administrative work, such as managing quotes, handling contracts, and market outreach. We are looking for someone who is – HomeMaid is seeking individuals with experience in proactive sales and who are driven by achieving set goals. In your role, you need to have good communication and adaptability skills and be proactive and efficient in your way of working. You need to be comfortable in customer dialogues and see it as a given to take the initiative for conversations and meetings. Furthermore, you have a curiosity that helps you identify new business opportunities that promote both your and the company's development. You are a good representative of the company through your positive attitude, reliability, and ability to quickly instill trust. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: - Experience in proactive sales - Good collaboration and communication skills - Proficiency in computer and systems, preferably with experience in LIME - Fluent Swedish and good written and spoken skills - A driver's license - The ability to work flexible hours About the position: Primarily, your working hours will be during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training. The team currently consists of several internal staff, salespeople, team leaders, and service assistants.
