Stenungsbaden's kitchen is on a fast and exciting development journey. We are now seeking a Sous Chef who wants to be part of leading this journey – a person who drives, develops, and takes responsibility, not someone who waits for others to do it.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be a central part of the kitchen management. You will help shape everything from quality and workflows to team spirit and culture.
The Role
As a Sous Chef with us, you will be responsible for:
- Leading service and ensuring quality in every dish
- Creating structure and order in the kitchen
- Planning and following up on operations, prep, and logistics
- Coaching and developing the team
- Contributing ideas, improvements, and energy to daily operations
You are a present leader who can be operational in the kitchen while also seeing the bigger picture.
