About Us
Do you want to work in a medical practice with a strong patient focus, high engagement, and a workplace community where we value secure relationships and care for one another? Welcome to become an important part of our team, where we set high standards for quality, collaboration, and development – both for our patients and our employees.
About Our Medical Practice and Work Environment
At our clinic, we work together – doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, medical administrators, surgical coordinators, and other administrative staff – to create the best conditions for our patients. Our way of working is based on respect, open communication, and a willingness to find solutions. We take pride in our operations, characterized by kindness and consideration, where everyone has the opportunity to develop and contribute their strengths.
We offer a varied role that includes clinic operations, telephone consultations, and different types of patient visits. There is room for independent work, but also clear support from the team – no day is the same, but we tackle challenges together.
Your Role as a Nurse – Collaboration & Solution Orientation in Focus
As a nurse in our practice, you have a significant responsibility to ensure that patients receive safe, professional, and respectful care. You will alternate between your own patient meetings, telephone consultations, 1177, clinic work, and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
You are a key person in daily operations and contribute to maintaining a stable and functioning care process – always with the patient's best interests in focus. Your solution-oriented mindset helps us find ways forward even when challenges arise, and your friendly demeanor enhances the work environment.
Who We Are Looking For – Characteristics and Qualifications
• Stable & Secure – You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in pressured situations and are surrounded by colleagues who feel secure in your presence.
• Collaborative, Friendly & Cheerful – You enjoy collaborating across professions and are committed to providing a good and respectful approach towards patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Solution-Oriented – You take initiative, see opportunities, and find ways forward when new challenges arise in everyday life.
• Considerate – You show care, empathy, and see differences as a strength in the group.
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in Orthopedics focusing on spinal and/or prosthetic surgery or other clinic operations. Experience in independent work and telephone consultations is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to our community.
We are looking for someone who identifies with our values and wants to work in an inclusive work environment characterized by care and quality.
We Offer
• A welcoming and secure introduction.
• Professional development and support from engaged colleagues.
• A work climate characterized by collaboration and a lack of hierarchy.
• An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other.
• Wellness allowance.
• Breakfast every day.
• Free access to our gym.
