Do you want to be part of our journey? **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are now seeking a Coordinating Support Assistant for Group Housing Nybrovägen 7. Do you have a knack for administration and organization? The role of Coordinating Support Assistant at Functional Support is a combined position that involves care work as well as administrative tasks. Your main responsibility will be to provide qualified administrative support to the unit manager and act as our extended arm towards the other staff in the operation. You will be responsible for scheduling and staffing planning. We are looking for someone who values order and structure and has an interest in continuously developing the work. The position involves day, evening, and on-call shifts. Working every other weekend is included. The tasks in care work consist of providing individualized support, communication, creating security, and empowering users in their daily lives to maintain and develop their skills. Care interventions may occur. To succeed in your role, you are a person who: - Has knowledge and experience in LSS, preferably within neuropsychiatry - Possesses high social competence with good self-awareness - Views approach, trust, and participation as important factors - Is persistent, patient, and uses a low-arousal approach - Has a good ability to collaborate, both internally and externally At Nybrovägen 7, you will be part of a team that works together with healthcare and rehabilitation staff, support pedagogues, coordinating support assistants, managerial support, and the unit manager in Group Housing Area 1. The tasks include using various digital systems, such as LifeCare, ProCapita, Self-Service, and Appva, so it is advantageous if you are familiar and comfortable working with and managing them. We systematically work on the work environment and continuously focus on quality to provide users with the best care and to create a good, safe, and secure workplace for our employees. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who: - Is a trained nursing assistant, has studied the Child and Leisure Program with a focus on social/pedagogical work, the Health and Care Program with a specialization in functional disabilities, or other education that the employer considers equivalent - Has experience in LSS, psychiatry, and care - Can perform delegated healthcare tasks - Has experience in scheduling, staffing, and coordination - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Communication is an important part of the job, which requires you to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Good computer skills are a requirement, and it is an advantage to have good knowledge of Time Care (Pool and MA) and the documentation system Life Care. You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks with the best interests of the operation/users in focus. You take your tasks seriously, are committed to completing what you start, and ensure that the work is done correctly. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you strive to present solutions. You are balanced, positive, and observant in your interactions. You find it easy to collaborate, and you will have a close working relationship with the unit manager and managerial support.
