Sara has now been accepted into her dream studies, and we rejoice with her. At the same time, the moment has come for us to welcome her successor – perhaps you are the one who will take over the role as one of our most important ambassadors in the heart of the hotel.
About the Role
As a receptionist at Elite Hotel Frost, you are the first contact our guests have, and often the last one they remember. You are the hub that keeps the flow together between guests, colleagues, and service experience.
Your workdays are varied – from welcoming guests and checking in international travelers, to assisting conference participants, answering questions about Kiruna, and collaborating with our colleagues in housekeeping, restaurant, and spa.
You will work days, evenings, and every other weekend according to a schedule planned with both the business and employees' best interests in mind. Teamwork, care, and joy always characterize the everyday work here.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a genuine interest in people and service
- Is humble, responsible, and enjoys taking initiative
- Has experience in hotel, service, or tourism (meritorious but not a requirement)
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently (additional languages are a bonus)
- Thrives in a role with many activities and can be creative in solving guests' needs
