As a Project Manager in future energy solutions, you will have full responsibility for your projects – from planning to handover for electrical work that you lead, follow up on, and develop, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will work closely with our electricians, customers, and subcontractors, playing a central role in ensuring that everything functions – technically, economically, and practically.
About the job
A typical week includes both project management at the office and field follow-up. Examples of tasks include: Leading and coordinating projects related to electrical installations for our solar panel facilities. Being responsible for timelines, budgets, resource allocation, follow-up, and risk management. Daily contact with electricians to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment. Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Participating in quotation work and tender processes. In short – you keep everything together and ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Who are you?
You are a self-sufficient and committed project manager who enjoys working towards clear goals. You thrive when given responsibility, have a knack for collaboration, and build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. To succeed in this role, you need: Experience in the installation of solar power systems and electrical distribution, for example as a project manager, etc. Approved AL Authorization, good computer skills, especially in Excel and other Office applications. A valid driver's license (B). Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form. Meritorious: A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. You will be based at our office in Malmö, but travel to our local offices in Sweden may occur, and you will report directly to management.
