**About the Position**
As a Production Planner, you will work closely with the operations team and play a central role in creating efficient workflows, ensuring good foresight, and planning production effectively. You will be part of a team of three that focuses on production and material planning, and you will serve as an important link between the customer, internal functions, and production.
This is a consulting assignment through us, with good opportunities for further development for the right person.
**Responsibilities**
In this role, your focus will include:
• Leading projects within planning and IT to strengthen value flow and simplify work processes.
• Managing the daily scheduling of customer orders in the business system and planning calendar.
• Maintaining good customer contact and optimizing production capacity.
• Participating in planning meetings with customers and internal departments.
• Updating customer-specific working time systems (annual working hours, schedules, and follow-ups).
• Participating in projects and being responsible for aspects related to product planning.
• In consultation with product preparation, ensuring that changes are planned in a timely manner for production in Uddevalla and for the end customer.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in production planning and documented knowledge of working with business systems.
Preferred: experience with ERP-LN.
• Technical or economic education, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management skills – preferably within logistics, planning, or IT.
• A good understanding of LEAN production.
• Excellent skills in Excel.
• Proficient language skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
