We are looking for a Planning Manager for Avarn Security Arlanda

Avarn Security has been assigned to deliver security services at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, which includes staffing with Airport Inspectors, Security Guards, and Watchmen. For many years, we have also provided security services to Malmö Airport (Sturup), Sälen Airport (Scandinavian Mountains Airport), and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. **About the Position** You will lead the planning unit and, together with your team, be responsible for creating optimal staffing based on passenger forecasts, analyses, and additional orders. The role is strategically important and encompasses short- and long-term scheduling. You will work closely with other functions on the assignment in an advisory capacity. You report directly to the department head and are also part of the management team for the assignment. **Your Responsibilities** - Responsible for personnel, work environment, and daily operations within the planning team. - Participate in calculating future staffing and competency needs as well as preparatory work for salary adjustments. - Ensure compliance with our collective agreement. - Handling other planning-related matters that arise is a natural part of daily work. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in leadership and service, as well as the ability to motivate people to work towards common goals. You are communicative, clear in your leadership, and view collaboration and service as essential tools for success. You support and coach your team in their daily work and have the ability to create structure even in pressured situations. We prefer candidates who can see the bigger picture and connect financial aspects to staffing planning. **To be considered for the position:** - Experience in a supervisory role or similar. - Documented experience in planning and scheduling complex assignments. - Good knowledge of working time regulations and salary regulations within the industry. - Strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel. - Experience with the planning tool Optima is an advantage. **About Us** Safety and responsibility are our guiding principles.
