We are looking for a new cook for our kitchen at Röingegården
Brief Description of Röingegården
Röingegården is a residential facility with special services focused on psychiatry. The target group consists of adult women and men aged 18 and over with mental health variations. Our operations are run as a non-profit association, which provides significant opportunities for development as any potential surplus is reinvested directly into the improvement of care and other quality enhancements within the organization. The association has been in existence since 1948. We have extensive experience in psychiatric work, having been active in this field for over 75 years. Our starting point is "Client-Centered," meaning we always prioritize the client in all contexts when planning and discussing changes, interventions, activities, etc. "Client-Centered" entails involving the client in shaping their stay and interventions continuously. Our work is based on the premise that the client should improve their mental well-being, capitalize on what works, and develop their inherent resources that can and need to be strengthened. Our goal is for the client to live a dignified life, like others, and on equal terms. The facility has 37 round-the-clock places and 10 outpatient places, referred to as day activities.
