Fmcare AB is a company specializing in home care, home healthcare, and personal assistance. We are now seeking a new colleague for our payroll department.
About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will have a central and independent role with responsibility for payroll management. You will work closely with management and become an important part of our administrative structure.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ongoing bookkeeping and management of customer and supplier accounts
• Incoming and outgoing payments, monthly reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Complete payroll administration, including time reporting and payments
• Communication with accounting firms, authorities, and external parties
• Support for internal managers on financial matters
• Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and collective agreements
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in finance (at least two years) or equivalent experience
• Documented experience in payroll administration
• Strong skills in Excel and financial systems
• An independent work approach, structured and detail-oriented
• A positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and a high level of service
• Experience with Crona Payroll, AIAI, Fortnox, and Carefox
Previous work experience in small to medium-sized companies as well as in care or assistance is an advantage.
