Location: Stockholm or Norrköping
Start Date: By agreement
We are recruiting on an ongoing basis
We are looking for a person who can maintain structure and focus even when daily life is varied - and who knows when it's time to pause and create balance. Someone who values recovery and warmth, both in meeting others and with themselves. Is that you? Then you could be our next Customer Responsible (CR) - a person with heart, humor, and a sense of order.
"Working as a CR is a multifaceted role where you take a holistic approach to our core business, personal assistance. You become a hub that ensures our customers receive the help they need, in both big and small matters. This can range from recruiting new assistants, ensuring decisions, or visiting customers at home. The job is tailor-made for someone who is good at making decisions and driving progress."
- Carl, Customer Responsible at Good Assistance
We are a team that believes in laughter, kind interpretation, and direct communication. We help people live their lives and try to live our own. Here, we don't work to keep up with life, but to be able to live it.
Coffee: Always freshly brewed (almost).
Office: Dog-friendly, sometimes more than planned.
Team: Laughs often, supports always.
Leadership: More trust than control.
Atmosphere: "Chaos with love."
What you'll do daily:
* Lead and support assistants and customers with heart, structure, and a solid dose of commitment
* Handle recruitment, scheduling, and personnel management
* Interact with authorities and partner organizations
* Capture needs, solve problems, and develop assistance that truly works for the people behind the hours
* Contribute to creating a sustainable work environment for yourself, customers, and colleagues
In short: You are a happy and balanced spider in our web
We believe you are:
A secure and curious person who enjoys building relationships and gains energy from meeting people. At the same time, you understand the importance of breaks, fresh air, and closing the laptop occasionally. We believe you have experience in personal assistance and are a person who interprets kindly and is humble. The industry is not entirely simple with all its laws and regulations, so we try to be direct in our communication and soft in our approach.
It's not just about pace. It's about calm, care, and a desire to do good, while also taking care of yourself.
Right now, we have a dream team of 10 customer responsibles who are wise, fun, and caring. We want to add another person who brings us greater breadth. We imagine a man who, in our dream world, speaks Spanish or Persian in addition to Swedish, would be a perfect complement. Why? We have many women in the office and many customers who speak other languages - we believe in trying to create a whole made up of different parts.
A B driver's license is a requirement in our operation because we like to visit our customers, and they are located across large parts of Stockholm and surrounding counties.
We offer you:
* A workplace with warmth, commitment, and innovation
* Focus on balance and recovery, we believe sustainable people do sustainable work
* Wellness allowance, collective agreement, and possibility of remote work
* Wellness hour
* Regular training and development
* Colleagues who laugh often, support each other, and are close to both heart and humor
* A deep dive into an expansive phase
* An office where dogs are warmly welcome
So - if you also believe that people are the most important thing,
and that a good laugh sometimes saves an entire day... Then we actually think we should work together.
