About the Job We are now seeking a new colleague in Örebro for our team at Jobbkompaniet Nova! We are looking for a person who wants to be challenged and develop in a role as a job coach. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are passionate about supporting and motivating others to reach their goals and enter employment. One of the primary tasks as a job coach is to create comprehensive application documents for participants. We therefore expect your application documents to be well-crafted and appealing. To be considered for the position, it is important that you meet the requirements below. Clarify in your application that you meet the requirements and include educational certificates/diplomas. Requirements: • You have an applied higher education degree with at least 180 university credits. • You have at least two (2) years of full-time work experience. • Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Job Responsibilities: As a job coach, you will work with job seekers who need extra help entering the job market. Your job will consist of three main parts. The first part is creating contacts with employers and matching suitable candidates to jobs or studies. The second part involves supporting and equipping job seekers to become more competitive in the job market. The third part of the work is administrative, where participants' progress must be regularly reported to the Public Employment Service. Your tasks include: • Coaching conversations • Guidance towards work or studies • Administration, such as journaling and reporting to the Public Employment Service • Planning of your own work and participant activities • Conducting lectures and seminars • Matching job seekers with employers • Continuously expanding your employer contacts Position Details: The position is initially part-time, with opportunities to transition to full-time in the future. Work hours are weekdays during office hours. You will be stationed in Örebro and responsible for staffing our offices during operating hours. We offer a fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonus. Start date will be when we have found the right candidate. We place great emphasis on personality, as we are looking for someone who not only does a good job but also fits into our team. About You: We believe you are a goal-oriented person who loves supporting and helping others. You should be flexible, organized, and enjoy working both independently and in a group. You value diversity and understand that people have different conditions and come from different cultures. To succeed as a job coach, you also need the ability to inspire and motivate others, and be familiar with how the Swedish labor market system works. The work is partly sales-oriented, so if you have a sales-oriented personality, you will be perfect for the job. It is meritorious if you have a large network, knowledge of the local job market, and an established network of employers. As a person, you enjoy working with people and have a good ability to plan and organize your daily work. You have good communication skills, and previous coaching experience is meritorious.
