Job Description:
You will support the Purchasing Manager with administrative tasks, contract management, and supplier contacts. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of procurement processes and contribute to ensuring administrative workflows.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer contracts
• Update and maintain information in systems
• Communicate with suppliers and internal contacts
• Assist and prepare procurement processes
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is studying logistics, purchasing, or similar
• Has strong administrative skills and is detail-oriented
• Is communicative and enjoys working in a team
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
We Offer:
A part-time consultant assignment, one day per week (possibility to split into two half-days/week). The assignment starts immediately and continues ongoing. Location is at our client's office in central Stockholm. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and hired out to our client.
