Scandic no 25, or "25:an" as we are commonly called, is located right by Gothenburg Central Station with excellent transport links. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating first-class guest experiences – from the first impression to departure. You will have overall responsibility for our Front Office, where you and your team ensure that every guest is met with world-class service – from check-in to check-out. The guest is always the focus, and you actively work to create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. You will also be responsible, together with the Hotel Manager, for our breakfast department, ensuring that the breakfast experience maintains the highest quality – both in terms of service and offerings. Together with your team, you will create a start to the day that exceeds guests' expectations, every day. As Front Office Manager, you will lead and develop both the operations and the staff based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You are passionate about service, and through engaging and present leadership, you inspire and motivate your colleagues to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. You are a vital part of the daily operations and are responsible for planning and staffing the departments according to the needs of the business. You are also part of the hotel's management team, where you share a collective responsibility for the hotel's overall performance and development. Who are you? You have relevant education, strong administrative skills, and experience in financial planning and follow-up.
