As a property manager with us at Attendo, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of properties within your portfolio. Your portfolio will consist of leased properties, meaning you will work on the tenant side. You will be part of a team of five property managers and report to the group manager. You will be based at Attendo's office in Stockholm. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Managing existing buildings and lease agreements
• Providing business support to operations in property-related and contractual matters
• Negotiating/re-negotiating lease agreements and acting as a requirement setter towards landlords
• Overseeing inspections of properties
• Managing the procurement of service agreements, minor contracts, renovations, etc.
• Managing the procurement of operational and management agreements
• Responsible for budgeting and budget follow-up within your area.
Qualifications: A degree in management, property economics, or law is required for this position. We expect you to have professional experience in property management, property economics, and rental law. Competence in AB, ABT, ABK, AF parts, management agreements, detailed planning, building permit processes, and fire safety (SBA) is considered an asset. A driver's license is required for the position. Travel may occur as we have operations throughout Sweden.
