We are looking for someone to work as an assistant for an 18-year-old girl living in Nykil.
As a personal assistant, you will have a varied role where your day may include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying her to daily activities, entertainment, and events. The job involves supporting the client throughout the day.
About the position:
As a personal assistant to our client, you will be an active part of her daily life, providing support both at home and during various activities.
Experience with autism is an advantage.
This position is a temporary role as needed, with the possibility of a permanent schedule for the right candidate.
About you:
You have experience in the assistance profession and have worked with young people with neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF).
You need to be driven in your work, engaged, and capable of working independently while being able to motivate the girl without being too "pushy." You easily follow instructions, are humble, and can take initiative and plan effectively.
A police record extract is mandatory.
The family lives in Nykil, and a driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transport is not available at all times.
