We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Manager for our hotel operations in beautiful Sälen. The position involves overall responsibility for ensuring that our hotels maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and guest experience. You will be a key person in our daily operations, working closely with housekeeping staff, reception, and other functions.
What you will be working with:
• Lead and plan the daily work for the housekeeping team
• Ensure high quality and standards in hotel rooms and common areas
• Be an everyday problem solver and ensure smooth workflow
• Introduce and train new personnel
• Maintain ongoing contact with other staff to create the best possible guest experience
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience in similar roles within hotel or cleaning organizations
• Is meticulous, structured, and has a strong eye for details
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is passionate about service and thrives in a role with significant guest contact
• Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid B driver's license

About the Position
