🧾 About the Position:
As a Finance/Administrative Coordinator with us, you will work on both financial and administrative tasks. You'll become an important part of our team and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations. Invoice management (accounts receivable and payable). Payroll and expense handling. Compilation of financial reports. General administration, such as document management and customer contact. Supporting the finance and management team.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has experience in finance or administrative work
- Is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys working systematically
- Has excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
- Is proficient with computers, preferably with experience in financial or business systems (e.g., Fortnox, Visma, Excel)
- Likes taking initiative and contributing to a positive work environment
