Varsego is a nationwide wholesaler with a strong offering in ice cream, confectionery, beverages, and snacks. The company combines local presence with a high level of service and works closely with both large and small customers in the grocery trade, service trade, and food service. The position entails full responsibility for your own geographical district within Norrbotten, focusing on both existing customers and new customer acquisition. The role requires strong business acumen, good planning skills, and a desire to develop long-term customer relationships. The work involves significant freedom under responsibility, with clear goals and sales periods guiding your efforts. The position includes close internal collaboration with various functions within the organization. Main responsibilities: • Drive sales and growth in the district according to set goals • Conduct customer visits and present new products, campaigns, and in-store initiatives • Identify new business opportunities and expand the product range with existing customers • Establish and follow up on customer agreements • Actively work in the company's sales support system • Participate in sales meetings, trade fairs, and internal training sessions The position is based in Luleå, and regular travel within the district is part of the job. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience as a field salesperson – preferably in beverages or other fast-moving consumer goods • Has good local knowledge of the area you will be working in • Is self-driven, business-minded, and enjoys taking personal responsibility • Has a humble yet results-oriented approach to work • Is communicative, structured, and accustomed to working at a fast pace Working at Varsego means becoming part of a sales-driven culture with a lot of engagement, joy, and a strong focus on quality and service.
