We are looking for lead installers in electrical work – for assignments with one of Sweden's largest players. Do you have experience as a lead installer and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, lead teams, and drive projects forward? We are currently seeking lead installers for a long-term assignment – with the possibility of direct employment with the client. **About the Assignment** The assignment is with one of Sweden's largest companies in technical installations and contracting, with projects in areas such as commercial properties, industry, and community development. You will be a key person on-site, leading a team of approximately 10 electricians. **Your Responsibilities:** - Lead and allocate work within the team - Monitor the quality, pace, and safety of the work - Participate in installation work as needed - Communicate with site management and project managers - Ensure that the project adheres to drawings, schedules, and material flow - Report progress and deviations **We are looking for someone who:** - Has at least 4–5 years of experience as a lead installer - Is confident in leading others and making decisions on-site - Has a good technical understanding of electrical installations - Can read and interpret drawings - Is experienced in coordinating with other professional groups - Holds a valid B driver's license **It is an advantage if you have:** - Experience from larger contracting projects - Worked in collaboration with technical consultants and clients **We offer:** - Permanent employment with a competitive salary - Collective agreement (Installation Agreement) with secure terms - Travel allowances according to agreement - Personal work phone and computer/tablet as needed - Occupational pension and insurance via Fora - Wellness allowance and access to a gym - Good working environment and recurring social activities **Who are you?** You are a practical problem solver who thrives in technically demanding environments.
