About us Staffanstorps Energi AB is part of the Staffanstorps Centrum AB group, which also includes Staffanstorps Kommunfastigheter AB and Staffanstorps Fibernät AB. We are an electricity network company with an annual turnover of approximately 100 million SEK. Our mission is to distribute electricity within the municipality of Staffanstorp and surrounding areas, serving about 8,000 connections at voltage levels of 0.4–20 kV. Our electricity network consists of 98% underground cables and currently has a very high availability. There is significant expansion of new construction within Staffanstorp's distribution area, which also applies to the expansion of the electricity network. About the role We are looking for an electrical installer or distribution electrician. With us, you will be responsible for maintaining and constructing electricity distribution facilities within 0.4–20 kV. We seek someone who is engaged, enjoys having fun, and thrives in a team environment. You will work with tasks such as: cable installations and maintenance, some overhead lines, network stations, transformers, and cable cabinets. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop, contribute to a safe and stable electricity network, and work in an environment where both competence and well-being are highly valued. Examples of tasks: • Build, maintain, and repair distribution networks. • Maintain and repair substations and transformer stations. • Collaborate with project managers, operations managers, excavators, installers, as well as other contractors and customers to perform your work. • Ensure documentation of the electricity network. • Become part of our installer on-call team (once you are fully acclimated). We want you to: • Be a qualified electrical installer or distribution electrician, preferably with experience in the field. • Hold a valid B driver's license. • Take initiative and enjoy finding solutions when something needs to be arranged. • Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with colleagues. • Have a strong focus on safety and be meticulous in your work. • Be customer-oriented and eager to develop, both personally and alongside the company. It is advantageous if you have: • Experience in electrical installations and training in ESA, work on roads, and Bas P/U. • A BE driver's license or forklift certification.
