We need assistance with managing the home and household, personal hygiene, and everything else that comes with a typical life. We are two brothers in our mid-20s with significant disabilities, but with your help, we can live the lives we want and desire. We live in an apartment in Annedal, Bromma, together with our two cats, and sometimes there are two adorable small dogs with us as well, so you must not be allergic. It’s a plus if you generally like animals. We are now looking for someone who wants to work according to a fixed schedule in the afternoons/evenings (WEEKDAYS), with varied shifts between us both. The position can be up to 75% if you wish. If you feel that 75% is too much for what you are looking for, we are open to you working fewer hours. For the right person, we are happy to adjust the employment level. There is also the possibility to exceed 75% if you want to add work during weekends! We are looking for someone who takes their job and role seriously and is seeking long-term employment. We both require personal assistance, and you will alternate working with one of us at a time. We want to find someone who is flexible and enjoys variety. Since we have different preferences and needs, your work will vary depending on whom you are assisting. You need to speak and write Swedish fluently, as we also require support with AAC and Tactile Sign Language; previous experience with this is a significant plus!
