About the position
As a Backoffice Agent, you are NetOnNet's face to our customers – an important role where the little extra in every customer interaction makes a difference. Your goal is to provide world-class service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also support first-line support when needed, for example, with more complex customer inquiries.
Your main responsibilities
As a Backoffice Agent, you will be responsible for providing our customers with first-class service via email and chat, and, when necessary, incoming calls (First Line).
We are looking for a new colleague who is self-driven, takes responsibility, and escalates improvement suggestions, problems, and inaccuracies to the appropriate channels. You actively contribute to the continuous development and efficiency of the department.
You will:
• Handle incoming emails (sometimes calls)
• Manage incoming cases via chat
• Address incoming inquiries on our website
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via social media
• Handle incoming questions via PriceRunner & Trustpilot
• Perform other administrative tasks
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with at least a three-year high school education and good knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written. You are passionate about customer interactions and customer care, have experience in B2C and customer service, and possess knowledge of consumer rights. Experience in sales is an advantage.
You are a person with a genuine service mindset who takes responsibility for your tasks. You contribute a cheerful, positive, and social attitude to the team and find it easy to collaborate with others. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working together with colleagues to achieve common goals.
