We at Attendo are now seeking a Group Manager for our SÄBO Attendo Fresta södra allé in Upplands Väsby. About the Role As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work directly in daily care alongside the team. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations where most of the work is with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values. You will have several group manager colleagues with whom you collaborate, discuss, and exchange experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through participation in the local management group. Main Responsibilities • Guide and work in daily care together with the team • Responsible for daily operations and planning in the department/floor for your team • Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development discussions • Involved in developing and quality-assuring operations Who Are You? Qualifications • Trained nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably in eldercare • Good computer skills • Very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing Meritorious If You Additionally Have • Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning • Experience in eldercare What Can We Offer You?
