Introduction Period Information: Using our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we are shaping the next generation of cooling technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills to quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of cooling technician. Here you'll be given a unique opportunity to rapidly develop expertise in areas such as electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control systems, and cooling process components. After completing the introductory period, you'll be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for the first 18 months. Assuming the collaboration goes well, the goal and intention is continued employment at Bravida. Learn more at www.bravida.se Job Description: As a cooling technician, you'll work both independently and in teams with varied tasks. You'll operate from the office or home and visit customers throughout Västra Götaland to install, service, and monitor cooling systems in various facilities, such as grocery stores, industries, and preschools. You'll take responsibility for the entire chain – from installation, troubleshooting, service & maintenance, and monitoring to optimization and reporting, thus ensuring correct temperature and energy efficiency. The role involves daily customer contact where you'll often need to determine the best way forward. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Has great interest and drive to develop in the role of cooling technician • Is practically oriented with good problem-solving skills and clear technical interest • Is service-minded, structured, communicative, and responsible team player • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and holds a B driver's license Previous background/experience in service professions, mechanics, electrical, or HVAC is considered meritorious.
