About Us Angered Local Hospital started its operations back in 2007. The Medical Department includes outpatient services for cardiology, diabetes, pulmonary medicine, and endoscopy. The cardiology clinic consists of physicians, biomedical analysts, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, and medical secretaries. The team also includes an occupational therapist, social worker, and coordinator. We work in a team-based manner, and each member's engagement is crucial for contributing to a positive work environment and high-quality care. As we operate in a multicultural environment, it is important that you enjoy working with people from diverse cultures. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for additional cardiologists for our clinic. The work is multifaceted and developmental. You will have a unique opportunity to follow the patient from referral to investigation, treatment, and follow-up. At the clinic, we perform echocardiograms, exercise ECGs, Holter monitoring, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, and event ECGs. If you are passionate about echocardiography with interesting cases, this position is made for you. Responsibilities - Provide cardiological specialist care, exclusively outpatient, Monday to Friday. - Ensure that diagnostics and treatment are conducted according to current guidelines and recommendations. - Be readily available for consultation regarding cardiovascular conditions. - Opportunity to work from home a few days a week by conducting digital visits. Qualifications - Licensed physician with specialist competence in cardiology is required. - Documented experience in performing echocardiograms is an advantage. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required. - Good social skills and collaboration ability are required. - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
