Your new workplace
WeMind Tyresö is a general psychiatric clinic responsible for all specialized outpatient psychiatric care for the residents of Tyresö municipality. Working as a doctor at WeMind
The role of the doctor at WeMind is central to ensuring that our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. We place great emphasis on empirical evidence and evidence-based treatment. How do we know we are on the right track? We use a computerized system to evaluate care through patient measurements of how our patients feel and develop. Our scientific council is tasked with ensuring that our patients receive the best treatment currently available.
Your most important contribution is in your interactions with patients. We have well-established routines and administrative staff that enable structured and efficient work for the doctor, freeing up time for your specialist skills to shine. About you
• Licensed physician, specialist in psychiatry
• Experience in various diagnostic areas and their treatment, including neuropsychiatry
• Interest in working with a focus on evidence and outcomes
You are accustomed to working independently and enjoy taking initiative and developing the work forward. At the same time, you are attentive and value participation and collaboration with other professional groups. You have a positive attitude and consider the social work environment and team spirit to be important.
