**Working as a Doctor at WeMind**
The role of the doctor at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. We place great emphasis on empirical evidence and evidence-based treatment. At all our clinics, we aim for close collaboration among different professions and actively work for good cooperation with relatives, care neighbors, and authorities. Meet our doctors on our careers page.
**How do we know we are on the right track?**
We work with measurement-based care. This means that we always follow up on treatment using validated assessment scales, which we review together with the patient during their visit. This increases patient involvement in their care and enhances the possibility of individualized treatment, ensuring it truly adds value for the patient. Follow-ups are conducted on a digital platform to avoid unnecessary administrative burdens on staff.
