Here, an academic outpatient care facility has been created outside of emergency hospitals, with great opportunity to shape new ways of working. About the Position We are seeking an innovative professional who, together with us and patients with chronic illness, wants to develop care, research, education, and innovation. Our mission includes developing new work methods, innovative use of medical technology and e-health solutions, high patient participation, and collaboration with various healthcare providers and patient associations. Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone proactive who wants to develop care for chronic illness patients through research work, digital tools, and networks together with the patient. We want you to be driving force in business development, innovation work, research, and education. The position includes clinical reception work, with ultrasound available in clinical work. Supervision of medical students and residents, and infusion responsibility. Opportunity to complement clinical work with research. Daytime Monday-Friday, no on-call or night shifts included. Qualifications We seek a licensed Specialist Physician/Senior Physician in rheumatology with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Specialist in relevant main specialty; Rheumatology, and (where applicable) branch or additional specialty. Experience in academic research, innovation work, and teaching is meritorious. You have an interest in rheumatology and business development. Good knowledge of ultrasound examinations is meritorious. Personal Characteristics You have a positive attitude towards work, patients, and colleagues. We are seeking someone who can work both independently and in a team and can easily adapt to new circumstances. You have a positive attitude towards research and education.
