Tool Technician
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a modern and technology-intensive production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are the focus. As a tool technician at Gnotec, you will become an important part of our experienced and dedicated team that works with the maintenance and repair of our stamping tools.
The position is scheduled for a two-shift system but will start with daytime hours during the introductory period.
Your Responsibilities
The tasks are varied, and no two days are the same. You will, among other things, work with:
- Ongoing and preventive maintenance of stamping tools
- Troubleshooting and resolving urgent operational stoppages
- Repairs, adjustments, and grinding of existing tools
- Operating manual workshop machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
- Actively participating in improvement work and the development of our tool processes
Qualifications
- Technical education at the high school level, preferably from an industrial or technical program
- Relevant experience in tool maintenance, repair, or work with stamping tools is an advantage
- Experience in service or maintenance within the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
