Renta has recently established itself in Boden and is now seeking a Workshop Mechanic who has a passion for service and technical solutions! If you also have great personal drive, a practical mindset, and enjoy a familiar and highly flexible work environment, then Renta has the right job for you!
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs, service, and maintenance on various types of rental machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose both mechanical and electrical systems, working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use both digital and analog diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Check the machine's external and internal functions, including engine status, battery, hydraulic system, and much more.
• Ensure machines are in top condition before being sent to customers.
• Document work in Renta's administrative system to manage work orders.
Renta's customers build everything with their machines. Sometimes they come back whole, sometimes not. What they always need, however, is a little care and love. You will receive and assess machine conditions, service and repair them, sometimes even urgently in the field. You will also assist with establishments and support the depot, from rental to distribution. We help each other, because building is a team sport.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• A workshop background.
• A positive attitude, is outgoing and service-minded.
• Good technical knowledge in both mechanics and electronics, preferably with experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good computer skills for working with various quote and order management systems.
• Ability to work independently, be flexible, and take responsibility.
• A strong interest in construction and civil engineering and the desire to constantly develop.
At Renta in Boden, you'll work in a close-knit, familial, and varied work environment, where the team's collective strength and speed are completely relied upon. As a Workshop Mechanic, you will be a valuable resource in Renta's team and will work closely with depot managers, order and transport staff, inside sales, and of course, workshop personnel.
