We at Aura Personal are seeking an engaged and structured workshop coach who can lead, support, and motivate our workshop team in Östermalm. Here you will have a key role in daily operations - where both people and machines are in focus.
About the Position
As a workshop coach, you are the spider in the web. You plan, prioritize, and ensure that work in the workshop runs smoothly. You have close contact with both technicians and customer service, and make sure the team has the best conditions to succeed every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach daily work in the workshop
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and good working environment
- Support technicians as needed, both practically and technically
- Plan staffing and assignments together with customer service
- Follow up key metrics and develop work methods
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has several years of experience in vehicle technology or workshop work
- Has good organizational skills and a sense of service
- Demonstrates a coaching leadership and solution-oriented mindset
- Has experience with team leadership (merit)
- Holds a B driver's license and good Swedish language skills
