Workshop Coach

About the Position
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure high quality and efficiency in the workshop's workflow.
- Responsible for optimizing and improving workshop work processes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all technicians have the training and tools required to perform their work in the best possible way.
- Provide continuous feedback and support to technicians to promote their professional development.
- Work together with management to set goals and follow up on performance within the workshop department.
- Ensure that the workshop complies with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain close contact with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience as a technician in automotive service or vehicle repairs, preferably in a leadership or coaching role.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
- Has good technical understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology in the automotive industry.
- Can analyze and optimize work processes to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Is able to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects.
- Has strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. English is meritorious.
