About the Position:
As a workshop coach, you will play a central role in our operations. You will lead and support our technicians in their daily work, focusing on creating an efficient and profitable environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments internally and externally, as well as with other companies within the Bilia Group. Your role also involves coaching and motivating a team of technicians to achieve set financial goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote positive group dynamics.
What We're Looking For:
We seek someone with experience in personnel and performance management who is passionate about leadership and coaching. We prefer a natural leader with a strong interest in developing and supporting others. Automotive technical knowledge is meritorious but not required. You must be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.
A B driver's license is mandatory; knowledge of Tacdis, Kobra, and Cabas is advantageous.
Additional Information:
This is a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period. Location is at Bilia Personbilar in Lund. Heavy lifting is involved in this role. If you have questions about the position, please contact the recruiting manager.
