Your Role
As a workshop worker at Saab, you will be involved in deburring and polishing components made of aluminum, stainless steel, and sometimes titanium. The work is carried out using grinding machines and under a microscope with 10x magnification to ensure the highest possible precision. You will follow a detailed flowchart for each component and contribute to the manufacturing of components for advanced systems where every detail is crucial.
You will be part of a skilled and cohesive team where accuracy, technical knowledge, and collaboration are central.
Your Responsibilities
* Deburring and polishing metal components
* Working with grinding machines and microscopes
* Following detailed work instructions and flowcharts
* Ensuring high quality in every step
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys practical work. You are methodical, patient, and accustomed to working concentrated for extended periods.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
* Experience in reading technical drawings
* Previous experience in workshop work or similar
