Ådalshälsan is a consulting company in occupational health with approximately 12 dedicated employees working at our clinics in Kramfors, Sollefteå, and Härnösand. We help companies and organizations create sustainable, healthy, and attractive workplaces. Now we are seeking someone who wants to take comprehensive responsibility for leading and developing our organization – strategically, operationally, and value-driven. Your Mission As CEO at Ådalshälsan, you will have a key role in: • Leading and developing the company in line with our vision, goals, and shareholder directives • Driving business development and creating long-term customer relationships • Responsible for finance, budget, and profitability • Ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in our services • Motivating, supporting, and developing our employees • Representing Ådalshälsan externally and building our brand • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in occupational health We Are Looking for Someone Who Has • Leadership experience, preferably as CEO or manager in larger or smaller organizations • Good understanding of occupational health, work environment, or related industry • Experience with goal-oriented management and financial responsibility • Academic degree in relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, health, economics, HR, leadership) • Strong communication skills and relationship-building approach Personal Qualities • Strategic and business-oriented with strong drive • Empathetic and inclusive leader • Credible and relationship-building • Result-oriented and decisive • Flexible and solution-focused • Value-driven with high integrity We Offer • A central role in a value-driven company with significant impact • Opportunity to develop both the organization and yourself • An engaged team and a meaningful assignment NOTE!
