About the Role
As a business developer, you will work to drive and develop activities across various areas. This is an outward-facing position where you organize practical conditions for conducting courses, study circles, and cultural activities based on needs and interests. A significant part of the work also involves maintaining and developing good relationships with partner organizations and creating contacts with new organizations and associations.
The base is located in Motala, with development work primarily in adjacent municipalities. The department's work area is Östergötland.
Work tasks include:
• Independently planning and organizing study circles and cultural activities
• Recruiting, supporting, and developing circle leaders
• Ensuring that operations comply with current regulations from state, regional, and municipal authorities
• Administering operations in our database Gustav
Your Profile
We place great importance on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be proactive, take initiative, and actively seek challenges. No two days are the same, and you need to be comfortable with different types of tasks and able to handle multiple assignments in parallel.
It is crucial that you are a team player. You have good collaboration skills through a non-prestigious focus on the common goal and can adapt to find win-win solutions. Furthermore, you are outgoing and socially active, with an easy ability to create new relationships and strong communication skills in both speech and writing.
You have at least a high school diploma, and a college or university degree in behavioral science, pedagogy, or equivalent is meritorious. Of course, you share SV's core values of equal rights and dignity for all. It is an advantage if you have experience in popular education and preferably an established network within civil society.
The work requires good basic computer skills, as we use various systems. The position also involves travel throughout the county, which requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Scope: 100%. Permanent employment. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Job Start: By agreement, preferably January 1, 2026.
