Business Developer for the Health and Care Administration

About the workplace Do you want to contribute to the development and improvement of care and support services? We are currently seeking an independent, proactive, and action-oriented business developer who wants to create favorable conditions for our operations within the social services' SoL and LSS activities. The role is broad and independent, focusing on operational development and improvement work. About the role As a business developer, you will work closely with unit managers and employees in our operations, playing a crucial role in translating goals and development ideas into practical implementation. You will work on behalf of the department manager and contribute to ensuring that the operations are conducted with high quality while supporting the practical realization of goals and development ideas, all while promoting uniform and sustainable working methods. The organization has four department managers: One for regular housing and personal assistance, escort services, and contact persons; one for LSS housing, daily activities, day services, and special housing for the elderly; a department manager for health and medical care; and a department manager for the purchasing unit Authority. The role of business developer primarily concerns the service-providing operations but may also include tasks related to the health and medical care organization and Authority. Responsibilities and tasks You will work with support and development in various ways, including assessing needs and proposing improvements. Develop, inform, implement, and follow up on working methods and routines. Work with various forms of methodological support and create routines and checklists. Organize and lead training initiatives. Manage quality measurements such as user surveys and other studies by collecting data, analyzing, and identifying areas for development. Support the analysis and development of the operations. Your assignment can be likened to that of a project manager, where you take independent responsibility for planning and driving issues and development in a supportive manner. Requirements for the position: - Academic degree in health and medical care, social work, behavioral science, or another relevant field as determined by the employer. - Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. - At least 3 years of similar assignments in municipal operations. - B driver's license. Meritorious: - Leadership experience in municipal care and support. - Education in improvement work or change management.
