The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is an authority located in Sundsvall with over 600 employees working together for simpler and safer business operations. Bolagsverket has recently strengthened its crime prevention efforts by establishing a new department focused on the agency's contributions to the collective societal work against economic crime. The department is currently in a development phase where you will have the opportunity to help shape structures, working methods, and roles in this important and exciting development work.
The Crime Prevention Department is tasked with overseeing Bolagsverket's crime prevention initiatives. This includes setting requirements for control systems in the rest of the organization to ensure quality and accuracy, managing and identifying deviations, as well as analyzing and addressing risks. In addition, the department is responsible for quality assurance and registration of company information.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are now looking for a business developer who is eager for a challenge and wants to participate in building a completely new operation with significant societal benefits and high relevance.
**Assignment**
Bolagsverket has been tasked with establishing a service for coordinated register control in connection with public procurement, an area of great focus. The assignment aims to strengthen the conditions for procuring organizations to monitor and exclude dishonest suppliers from public procurement.
The new operation and its associated IT support are to be developed and fully implemented by 2028. As a business developer, you will play a key role in this development work from idea to finished service.
You will belong to the supplier control unit, which is responsible for the area, its establishment, and future operations. Currently, there are two other business developers in the area, and the unit is expected to grow with more roles in the coming years.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a business developer, you are a central link between operational issues, legislation, stakeholders, and IT development. You will work closely with lawyers, architects, and security specialists, contributing to translating the organization's needs and legal requirements into functional solutions in our IT systems.
You will:
- Actively participate in the development of the service and its associated IT support.
- Serve as a link between operations and IT in roles such as Product Manager and/or Product Owner.
- Collaborate with scrum masters, requirements analysts, developers, and testers in agile teams.
- Contribute to investigations and analyses alongside other business developers in the unit.
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations with other authorities and actors in public procurement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are now looking for someone who is solution-oriented, analytical, and willing to think outside the box. You are flexible and proactive and want to influence the operation. You work in a structured manner and thrive in a complex environment where legislation, technology, and business development intersect. You have the ability to see the big picture while also driving your work forward in a stable and goal-oriented manner based on your assignment.
In this role, you need to have:
- An academic degree in a relevant field, e.g., computer science, information technology, or law, or equivalent knowledge/experience that can be assessed as comparable.
- Several years of current experience in business development focused on digital development or IT.
- Experience working closely with development teams, for example as a product owner or requirements setter.
- Experience with agile working methods and practices.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to different target groups both verbally and in writing.
We consider it an advantage if you also have any of the following:
- Post-secondary education in law.
- Experience in development work in collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Experience working in accordance with changing legal requirements.
- Experience leading assignments and projects.
- Experience developing new working methods.
- Experience in service design or similar design and development work focused on user experience.
