What You Will Do As a business developer with us, you'll work both strategically and operationally to develop the property department's methods, processes, and system support. You'll support management, managers, and employees on issues related to property management, operations, administration, and planning. The role involves driving improvement work, implementing new routines, and being a key player in our digital development, including serving as a superuser for our property systems. By coordinating the department's contributions to municipal business planning and working closely with various parts of the organization, you'll create conditions for long-term structure and ultimately reduce individual dependency in our work methods. You'll become a coordinating force that drives change, creates engagement, and helps us achieve our goals both within the department and in the municipality as a whole. You will: - Map and develop processes, roles, and mandates - Create routines, templates, and supporting documents - Coordinate the department's work with municipal business planning - Identify and prioritize development needs together with employees - Represent the department in municipality-wide forums and networks Who You Are We are seeking someone with an interest in development and improvement, who enjoys working in complex environments where technology, structure, and collaboration intersect. You are attentive and adept at building relationships across organizational boundaries. Your Experience We are seeking someone with a relevant university degree in engineering, construction, urban planning, or equivalent. You have experience working with development or improvement projects, preferably in property management, operations, or project management. The role requires a good understanding of business development and process work, as well as the ability to work both strategically and operationally. A B driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you have experience from the public sector, especially municipal property management, or have worked with digital system support in the property area. Experience in project management, maintenance planning, drawing management, or documentation is also valuable. Qualifications - University degree in engineering, construction, development, urban planning, or equivalent - Experience with development or improvement work - Good understanding of business development and process work - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - B driver's license Meritorious - Experience from public sector, especially municipal property management - Experience in property management, operations, or maintenance - Experience in business and/or project development - Experience with digital system support in the property area - Experience in maintenance planning, drawing management, and documentation What We Offer With us, you'll have security and balance in working life with collective agreements, opportunity for pension salary exchange, and vacation exchange for increased flexibility.
