Business Development Specialist for Technology and Property Management

What You Will Do As a business developer with us, you'll work both strategically and operationally to develop the property department's methods, processes, and system support. You'll support management, managers, and employees on issues related to property management, operations, administration, and planning. The role involves driving improvement work, implementing new routines, and being a key player in our digital development, including serving as a superuser for our property systems. By coordinating the department's contributions to municipal business planning and working closely with various parts of the organization, you'll create conditions for long-term structure and ultimately reduce individual dependency in our work methods. You'll become a coordinating force that drives change, creates engagement, and helps us achieve our goals both within the department and in the municipality as a whole. Your Experience We are seeking someone with a relevant university degree in engineering, construction, urban planning, or equivalent. You have experience working with development or improvement projects, preferably in property management, operations, or project management. The role requires a good understanding of business development and process work, as well as the ability to work both strategically and operationally. A B driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you have experience from the public sector, especially municipal property management, or have worked with digital system support in the property area. Experience in project management, maintenance planning, drawing management, or documentation is also valuable.
