About this role

Are you a business developer with experience in change management? We are now looking for a new team member for the Marketing and Procurement department. In close collaboration with managers and employees, you will have the opportunity to influence both the details and the overall scope of projects that strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces and Sweden. Your work here is significant at every step, from needs and ideas to delivery and follow-up. About the position As a business developer, you will play a central role in supporting the management team of Marketing and Procurement, as well as the departments and units within Marketing and Procurement in their work with change management. This includes coordinating and following up on various development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the managers responsible for their respective development assignments and with employees working on these initiatives. You are also expected to participate in, coordinate, or lead working groups, both within FMV and with the Armed Forces, in cases where the needs for change require it. The position is based in Stockholm. About you We are looking for someone with an academic degree in a technical, economic, or political science field, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider comparable. You have experience in business development with a focus on change management, as well as in preparing reports and decision-making materials. The position requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of public procurement at a general level, knowledge of government administration, and experience in leadership. We view experience in working with procurement regulations positively. Personal qualities are very important to us.
