Do you have ideas for the future and are you driven by challenges? In Haninge, you will develop alongside supportive colleagues who want to make a difference today. We are currently undergoing one of the most ambitious transformation efforts in our municipality's history. We are building a new city, about 20 minutes from Söder. Join us on our journey.
Welcome to grow with us
As a business developer within the area of Individual and Family Care, you will become a key player in the Social Administration.
Haninge Municipality is in an intense and expansive development phase. Our ambition is to provide the best service and to be a city where residents thrive and feel optimistic about the future. Haninge's strong attractiveness and proximity to the city, with seven commuter train stations, attract new residents and more businesses to establish here. The work and tasks within the Social Administration are an incredibly important part of a larger whole as we transition from suburb to city.
The Social Administration faces a number of challenges:
New legislation that imposes higher demands for evidence-based social services. A stronger focus on a preventive perspective. Social services will need to become more accessible, and more interventions should be provided early and without means testing. Residents want to be involved and offered individualized interventions. Digitalization and welfare technology will be a natural part of business development. Workforce supply - we need to attract more employees to work in care.
We will have fewer people of working age, and we must support and care for an increasing number. To meet the challenges we face, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to future-proofing social services in Individual and Family Care.
We are now seeking a business developer for a permanent position.
