About this role

Imagine a workplace where ideas become reality, where you can help shape the future of support and care for individuals with disabilities. For us, development is not just a word – it is part of our culture. We believe in courage, innovation, and collaboration to create security and quality of life for those we serve. We are now looking for someone who wants to take a key role and drive change that truly makes a difference. Do you want to help shape the future of support and care? With us, you will have a key role in an innovative change process where quality, participation, and person-centered approaches are at the core. We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and wants to make a difference – every day. Your role with us As a business developer, you will be a strategic driving force in the development work. You will work on behalf of the operations manager and in close collaboration with unit managers and staff within housing and personal assistance. You will also be part of a joint effort with business developers in elderly care, disability support, and health care, where close cooperation with the medically responsible nurse (MAS), the medically responsible for rehabilitation (MAR), and the socially responsible coordinator (SAS) is central. You will also be a natural part of various cross-administrative forums. In this role, you will support unit managers and staff in implementing new working methods and areas of development. Planning, following up, and analyzing goals and assignments together with unit managers will be part of your responsibilities. You will have a cohesive function for the quality management system. You will work on development projects, lead various networks, and be responsible for statistical reporting for the area. Who are we looking for? You have an academic degree relevant to the area of responsibility, and we would prefer that you have project management training. We want you to have work experience in independent quality and development work. Additionally, experience working based on scientific methods, supervision, and project management is an advantage. You need to have good knowledge of the legislation SoL and LSS. Previous experience in a similar role targeting the specified group is a merit. As the work requires communication and documentation, you are expected to have strong communication skills. This means you are comfortable using digital tools and are proficient in both spoken and written Swedish. The role involves a lot of contact with other people, so you must have the ability to communicate pedagogically in images, text, and verbally. It is an advantage if you feel confident leading information and training initiatives based on the organization’s mission. To succeed in the role, you need to have analytical skills and the ability to initiate, implement, follow up, and evaluate processes. With a strategic approach, you have a holistic perspective on the organization and can motivate and inspire those around you. You should have a strong interest in development and improvement work and the ability to manage parallel processes simultaneously. The ability to work independently and collaborate is required for the position, as well as loyalty to decisions made. Who we are The Care Administration is in the midst of an exciting journey. Our goal is clear: to create security, participation, and high quality of life for individuals with disabilities. We work closely with the Close Care concept and focus on sustainable solutions that make a difference for both users and employees. You will operate in a politically governed organization and work strategically to meet the needs within your area of responsibility in relation to the administration's political mandate. This is achieved through collaboration and cooperation with various partners and stakeholders. By conducting environmental analyses, you will monitor developments in the area and propose relevant areas for improvement. The Care Administration's services are directed towards the elderly and individuals who need support as well as those requiring home health care. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health care, and disability support. The administration also includes the authority unit, national high school, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne. What we offer We offer a workplace that invests in innovation, quality, and development with the opportunity to influence and shape the future of support and care. You will have competent and engaged colleagues in an organization that values collaboration. There is an opportunity to participate in training packages within the administration and the municipality.
