As a Business Development Manager with us, you will be a key person in strengthening quality, structure, and coordination - with a focus on sustainable processes and effective support for operations. About Us The Children and Education Administration is now seeking a Business Development Manager for the administrative department responsible for preschool and school placement, administrative processing, investigations, supervision of independent preschools, admission to adapted schools, and additional funding applications. With your expertise and experience, you will work within your areas of responsibility while also contributing to the department's and administration's shared goals and activities. What Does the Job Involve? The Business Development Manager role involves improving and developing the organization's processes and working methods. You will contribute to strengthening quality, efficiency, and legal certainty in our assignments and support the entire administration in its development. It is important that you are prepared for a role that not only requires specialist knowledge in your own professional field but also the ability to take on development areas in entirely different fields. Here, it will be crucial to be unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating across boundaries - between different functions and parts of the municipal organization. You will work closely with managers and employees in various support and administrative functions, contributing to developing a shared improvement culture where learning and development are a natural part of everyday work. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement projects within the framework of the operational plan and administration's priority goals - Independently lead processes to quality assure and develop management, routines, and working methods - Initiate and implement development work related to system support, digitalization, and improved work processes - Participate in and contribute to systematic quality work - Manage template library, ensure templates and decision documents follow common standards, and handle ongoing updates Who Are We Looking For?
