**Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration**
As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and supporting business development that contributes to the realization of Försäkringskassan's vision and operational idea. You will also be responsible for identifying development needs and translating these into concrete activities.
The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments relevant to Försäkringskassan, as well as analyzing potential consequences for the organization based on this information. Your work will also involve participating in various networks and contributing to preparations, operational planning, and annual reports. You will drive various types of development projects and collaborate across many different operational areas/functions.
The position entails handling confidential information, which requires a high standard of proper management. Therefore, it is essential that you possess a strong awareness of security.

- Has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- Has several years of experience in the relevant operational area and/or business development
- Has excellent knowledge of change and development processes

- Can understand and analyze complex issues
