The area provides both outpatient and inpatient care, national highly specialized care, regional hospital care, and county hospital care. Extensive research and education are conducted within all operational areas. **About the Assignment** We are seeking an engaged operations developer who wants to drive the strategic development work of the area and its operations. In this role, you will work as a generalist in the fields of digitalization, production and care processes, as well as quality and patient safety. You will particularly deepen your expertise in quality and patient safety, which will be your focus area. You will be part of a team at the area level but will also work independently and be affiliated with the Dermatology and Venereology department. Your tasks will include driving improvement work towards established goals, executing and coordinating development within your chosen focus area. Additionally, you will focus on care processes related to patient safety, quality, and digital implementation. The role offers opportunities to deepen your knowledge in process work and systematic quality management. You will be employed at the area level and work closely with the development manager, operational manager, nursing manager, and other operations developers. You will report directly to the development manager. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college education and experience in operations development. Knowledge in improvement work, project management, and risk and event analysis is advantageous. You should have some form of healthcare background and experience working within the healthcare sector. Important qualifications include strong digital skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in both spoken and written communication. You have a holistic perspective and can translate goals and visions into concrete actions. You possess the ability to drive and develop operations from a patient perspective while engaging employees in continuous improvements. You are proactive, independent, and innovative.
